Maintaining references:

1. First update hamilton.bib with new publications as they come up
2. Then run bib_to_yaml.py, which will create a new file in _data/publications.yml. This will be used to populate _pages/publications.md automatically.
3. Push the files hamilton.bib and publications.yml to regenerate pages.
